I have been trained in Property Management at the Norm Webb Real Estate School and enjoy the excitement that accompanies the many day to day activities associated with rental property challenges. My position is never boring.

We use the leading real estate software program that provides a complete and by the penny accounting. Our new and established web site provides for excellent exposure in our quest to keep all our properties fully rented.

Our tenant screening process has been effective at getting the best qualified renters available. We do a credit check on prospective tenants and expect them to have a record of responsible payments.

Our association with proven service providers ensures quality and economical solutions. We have an advantage because of the size of our business to expect excellence.

I was born and raised in Silverton and it seems like I am related to half the town. That knowledge gained from a lifetime of community activities and friend and family ties is very valuable in this position.

I graduated from Silverton High School in 2003. I received my Associate of Arts Degree from Chemeketa Community College. I have worked the retail circuit as a Barista at Starbucks and an Associate at Big 5 Sporting Goods. I have also worked as an office assistant in a couple offices gaining office experience.

I am a member of the First Christian Church in Silverton. I have attended since I was a baby and have been actively involved throughout the years.

I enjoy the challenges of property management and I am eager to work with you as your Property Manager.
